TERRY LEE DURST, born and raised in the Seattle Area, graduating From Washington State University in Mathematics and continued his education In the Master’s program at Washington State University and the University of Idaho. Played four years of football for WSU, where Senior year, voted outstanding defensive player Of the year, along with Academic All-Pac Eight And Honorable mention Academic All American.

Injuries prohibiting a professional carrier in Athletics, continued his carrier by teaching Math At Pullman High school in Washington and coaching all three sports became the Math teacher, Head football and head track at Inglemoor High School in Seattle Washington at the age of 23.

At age 23 obtained his real-estate license started and owned real-estate development and construction firm at the age of 26, in Seattle Washington, retired from teaching and Proceeded to develop, construct and sell real estate for the Next 35 years.

He started by buying as many as 40 single family homes remodeling and renting them. Building large multi-million dollar homes in the Seattle Area and finally, buying the land designing and borrowing the money to build a $6,500,000 eighty unit condominium. After construction of this project he followed by owning and building a $3,000,000 condominium moorage facility (Port Washington Marina), A $4,000,000 Mini Storage and another $12,000,000 condominium project in the Seattle Area. This was followed by other large Condominium and commercial projects, in the Seattle, Washington Area.

In 1994, expanded his operations by managing and buying the Oasis Hotel in Palm Springs, Ca. The property consisted of 198 condominium units of which 82 units were rented nightly and Balance was used for time share. This project consisted of being the Master Lessee of entire project with the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA)

While owning the Oasis Resort Hotel he bought the Oasis Water Park in Palm Springs, California, in which he also managed. Developing, taking out permits and building new slides for the park itself, reducing expenses and creating a million dollar NOI. He sold the Oasis Water Park to Knott’s Soak City in May of 2001, with purchase price nearing $12,000,000.

In 2003 to 2005 sold the remaining 82 Condominium units at the Oasis Resort in Palm Springs averaging $150,000/unit for a total gross sale of $12,300,000. While retaining a real-estate office at the Oasis Resort to sell the units. While at the resort he loaned over $12,000,000 in cash to other developers while creating his own legal documents for security.

Today he CURRENTLY RETAINS OFFICE AT THE OASIS RESORT SELLING AND BUYING REALESTATE, for himself and others.
